It is the mission of ECCBC to bring together our partnering child-serving agencies in order to ensure coordinated, efficient and family-friendly programs and services targeting to ensure that young children arrive at school: healthy, well-adjusted and having been exposed to the fundamentals of learning. The ECCBC Framework acts as the roadmap to school readiness for many agencies and policy makers across Boulder County.
In March 2009, ECCBC released the initial version of the Boulder County Early Childhood Framework based upon a similar plan released by the State of Colorado. This 2009 Framework was re-freshed by the ECCBC Advisory Council in 2014 in order to reflect emerging best practices within the early childhood arena.
